Draft, pending legal review. This page describes how we intend to work. It will be reviewed before Hear2Heart takes regular bookings and may change.
Privacy notice
We collect only what we need to arrange and deliver your listening session, and we explain here what that is and why.
What we collect
- The name you give us. A nickname is fine.
- Your email address, to arrange the session and send payment and call details.
- Your time zone and preferred times, to propose a time that suits you.
- How you would like your listener to be, and any optional notes you choose to share.
- Confirmation that you are 18 or older, and when you agreed to these terms.
- Payment status and the PayPal order reference. We do not see or store your card or PayPal login details.
Who can see it
The Hear2Heart team and your listener. We use a few service providers to run the website and handle your information: Vercel (website hosting), Supabase (database), Resend (email delivery), and PayPal (payments). They process your information on our behalf.
Your conversation
Sessions are not recorded. We may keep brief practical notes needed to arrange future sessions, never a record of what you talked about.
Limits to confidentiality
We treat what you share with care and do not pass it on. There are limits: we may have to share information if the law requires it, or if we believe someone is at serious and immediate risk of harm.
How long we keep it
[To be confirmed] Our retention period for booking records is still being finalised. Until then, you can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing info@hear2heart.com.
